Starting May 5, Laramie St from 12th St to N Manhattan Ave will be closed for construction. There will be no thru traffic on 12th St heading north from Fremont St to Laramie St or on Laramie St heading west from 11th St to 12th St. However, the Laramie Plaza parking lot as well as street parking near The Library and Fat's will remain accessible. Anticipated completion is August 21, 2026.
The Handi-Corner parking lot will also remain open, including pedestrian access to Laramie St businesses during the duration of the project.
