There are a variety of lots and street parking options around Aggieville and City Park. Most spots have a 2 hour limit.

The garage is located at the corner of N Manhattan Ave and Laramie St. Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM parking is FREE with license plate registration.

Fremont Street

Courtyard by Marriott Hotel: October 2019 - August 2021
The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel was the first major private development project in Aggieville. It has 127 guest rooms, a 113-stall parking garage for guests, and a rooftop patio.

N 12th Streetscape
North 12th Street: January 2020 - April 2021
The first major streetscape project in Aggieville, the N 12th St project (between Moro St and Bluemont Ave) modernized water, sewer, and stormwater systems. New landscaping, pavers, lighting, outdoor seating, and shade structures were also installed to create a more beautiful and inviting space.
Aggieville Parking Garage: December 2020 - April 2022
The parking garage added 450 covered spots, covered bike parking on Laramie St, and 8,000 sq ft of tenant space. Plus, the surrounding street construction projects improved underground infrastructure, streetscapes, and walkability in the district.

North Manhattan Avenue: April 2022 - April 2023
North Manhattan Avenue now has increased landscaping and pedestrian amenities like benches, lighting, and enhanced crossings. There's also new water, street, and storm sewer lines, a two-way bike lane, and wider sidewalks.
Fremont Street: April 2023 - August 2024
When completed, Fremont Street will have a new ATA bus station with a shelter and enhanced sidewalks with ADA ramps. Additionally, there will be a new 16-inch water transmission main, 8-inch water distribution mains, storm sewer, and rain gardens for drainage in the district and surrounding neighborhoods.

Rally Alley: July 2023 - November 2023
Rally Alley has a new trash enclosure, underground storm lines and sanitary sewer lines, and modernized streetscapes.
Alley Utilities: April 2024 - August 2024
This will update utilities in the alley between 12th St and 11th St to prepare for future improvement projects.

Construction will start on N 12 St (between Moro St and Laramie St) and Laramie St (between 11th St and N Manhattan Ave).
Moro Street: 2026
Construction on Moro St will be split into two phases. The first phase will start in 2026 and the second phase will start in 2027.
