On January 5, construction on Laramie St from the 11th-12th St section will start. Once that section is completed in April, work on the 12th St-N Manhattan Ave section will start. Estimated completion for the entire Laramie St project is September 2026.
The Handi-Corner parking lot will remain open, and pedestrian access will remain on the south side of Laramie St during the duration of the project.
