While construction continues on the Hampton Inn and Laramie St, 12th St south of Moro to Laramie St will remain closed to vehicular traffic. A pedestrian walkway will remain open on the east side of 12th St.
12th St construction will continue moving south, ending at Fremont St in November 2026.
